Serving Kalispell and the Greater Flathead Valley
CampEasy is based in Kalispell, Montana, and we proudly serve the entire Flathead Valley, including Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and surrounding areas.
For locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Kalispell, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will be added to the service total.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and continue providing timely service to others in the Flathead Valley.
Please note: No-shows or cancellations made without notice may be subject to a service fee.

Emergency Assistance
All emergency service calls that require immediate assistance — including pulling a technician from a scheduled job — will incur a $200 emergency fee in addition to standard service rates.
We understand breakdowns can happen at the worst times. If you're dealing with stuck slides, jacks, awnings, or other urgent issues, we’re here to help. However, to ensure fairness and keep our schedule running smoothly, emergency requests are handled with urgency and a clear policy in place.
